Driving mode does not change Hi to Low

Transmission Fault Limited gear available
Hi all
I have Lr3 2009 65k
today morning during driving warning sign[HDC Fault, Transmission Fault Limited gear available with "F" letter on] appear with noise and then when I start speed not goes up fast it goes up too slowly anyone have opinion?
