Question Malfunction of the control units after water damage

Hello to all!
I have a very well maintained Range Rover Sport SC V8 2006 (80'000 KM). Water has entered the vehicle through a faulty window (December 2019). The whole vehicle was then professionally dried and the window and battery replaced. I now have recurring problems with the front window regulator, parking sensor, tailgate and automatic seat adjustment as well as the side mirrors. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. Sometimes only individual functions do not work. After some driving time, everything works again. I think that the control units could be oxidised and are stressing the voltage of the battery. I have now been to two official Land Rover garages in Switzerland. They say that it is not possible to identify which control unit is affected and that they all have to be looked at or replaced. This can quickly cost 10 ks. What would you recommend? Could it be something other than the control units? If it is the control units, can I test them myself or identify which one might be faulty? Thanks a lot!
Best, Michael
