I can’t get my back screens to turn on.. bought the car from a dealer and it doesn’t have a remote or headphones with it.. I can’t find any YouTube videos about it either any help is very much appreciated! Thank you

 

If you have a GAP IID Tool, under the Main Menu, go to Car Config and select ACM. There should be an item there for the rear screens. I've seen the option on my IID Tool, but don't have the rear screens.
Under the line item for the rear screens it will have what the status is (something like fitted, disabled).

 

I don’t have one of those readers available is there something else I can try??

 

I'm not familiar with the other diagnostic tools so I'm unable to say.

 

Just want to make sure, these are the factory screens correct? If so there should be controls on the screen in the front. Can you post a pic of the rear screens and the home screen of the front center screen

That is not the factory rear entertainment system. That is a dealer installed aftermarket system. Here is the link to the company, maybe you can reach out to them and get the remotes and headphones.
