Worst Water Pump Design Ever
My water pump is going out again on my 2013 Range Rover Sport; non supercharged.
It was replaced at 48,000 miles and one other time. I am now at 133,000 so this will be pump number three. The dealer did the first two but I am debating on doing it myself but somewhat hesitant. My big question is... why are these pumps going out in roughly every 45,000 miles? Could this be a bad tensioner? Was this a bad design and there is now an improve upgrade by Land Rover, if so I want to make sure I have that part.
