Anoying HS CAN errors - ABS module - Tailgate not working
I just picked up a 2016 Range Rover Sport Diesel from auction the history is unknown. Last week I replaced the batteries and all of a sudden the tail gate stopped working it will open but not close but it sometimes works. I'm not super concerned about that problem currently.
I have a significant amount of high speed can errors and red x in modules on SDD. I've looked at some other forms about testing the HS CAN thru the obd-II plug which yesterday some combination of wires let get get a 60 ohm reading. However I started to look at the wiring diagrams for the HS CAN and noticed the wiring in my OBD 2 plug doesn't match up.
So either the wiring diagrams are incorrect or I'm looking at the wrong ones.
Basically I'm looking for an easy way to test the HS CAN to see if its working and try to figure out why SDD cant pick up the ABS module.
To my knowledge the car do not have running boards so I'm not sure why it has a running board module installed or active.
