Hi! New to the forum, this is my first post!

Looking at a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Range Rover Sport. I've noticed that depending on the vehicle, dealers are offering a 5, 6 or 7 year warranty. All the documentation I see from LR is offered "up to a 7 year / 100k warranty." In the LR CPO brochure it says "vehicles with the 7 years/100k miles limited warranty are limited in supply and only available at participating retailers."

Any one know what the criteria is for thee 7 year? Any one have experience getting the dealer to up a CPO to 7?

I tried to figure this out myself when dealing with CPO Discoveries... never could get a clear answer and ended up buying new since 0% financing was available and I was having a hard time finding the options I wanted... I don't know how much negotiation room there is in the rrsports but we got 9% off sticker on the disco along with 0%
