extended warranty
Just bought a used 2008 range rover sport. Wanted to know if I should get an extended warranty and which one is best. Are there alot of problems that typically crop up after warranty expires?
It depends on the rover. Some have tons of problems, others don't. Most of the newer rovers don't have as numerous problems as the older ones, but have much more expensive ones. Taking a rover for service at a dealer that is out of warranty, will cost a fortune, and it is often wise to look for a independent rover shop in the area. The best extended warranty is through the dealer. They usually are not cheap, but in most cases are worth it.
