Do I kill it or fix it? P07D4-07
My 2014 Evoque with 145K miles went in to gimp mode about 100 miles from my home and is pulling P07D4-07 and P072A-63. I am assuming the first one is the problem and the second one is simply a result of the first one. I made it home without a problem but the car is stuck at a generic local shop. I am currently out about $200 and the tow back to my RR shop will costs another $300. If it is simply replacing the Transmission mode switch than I think it is probably worth the tow and fix. If the transmission is toast than so is the car. Thoughts?
I must say I love the car despite all of its problems (blown turbo, fuel leak, rear end, and now this one) but it is end of life.
