I have a RR Sport Autobiography, 2014 and the infotainment system has a blank screen. There is an apparent reset that uses the power button + volume up held for 10-12 seconds but that doesn't seem to work.
In addition to that, any errors I might get (low washer fluid, etc) on the dashboard in the centre cannot be cleared using the OK button on the steering wheel.

Any ideas?

 

i've the same issue with L494 2014 also, looks issue with the radio unite which is the master in MOST i think

 

Did you ever figure this out? Mine is doing that exactly right now.

Hi all, I have a 2015 RR sport Autobiography as well,

this happened to me about 4 months ago, and my Infotainment screen would go blank, or almost unresponsive, or SUPER slow where clicking any button would be delayed by like 10 seconds, and if you tapped multiple times it almost had a heart attack.

Honestly, i tried resetting with the buttons mentioned above,

I tried doing a hard-reset of the vehicle, disconnecting the battery in the boot for a while,

Eventually it just fixed itself.
It was during warmer times though, so i feel like the unit gets SUPER hot under the dash and just ***** the bed.
