My 2021 Def 110 pivi-pro screen goes berserk form time to time. Right now, if I press the gear icon to get to the ALL settings screen, the home tile screen flickers and then goes into full-screen nav mode. I had this problem before and it went away by itself. It returned after I tried out Android Auto for the first time yesterday. How does one reboot the display? Simply powering off and returning to the car and restarting the car does not help.
Ideas?

 

Push and hold the power button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes blank and you see the Land Rover logo.

That will hard reset it.

 

Had the exact same issue, the reset fixed it. For now...

woo90, thank you so much for posting this. My screen was stuck with just the background lighting on and no content displayed. This fixed it and saved me the trouble of disconnecting the battery to do a whole vehicle hard reset.

 

When in android auto the navigation will not display correctly from time to time. Its like the resolution size changes to something way to big which functionally looks like I have zoomed in on everything. Typically this makes it so that you can not see any of the navigation or most of the map.

When I hold down the power button it does nothing. I tried for over 30 seconds the other day and nothing occurred. I find it to be more helpful to reset my phone for android auto issues. I have not experienced any issues with the Pivi outside of the android auto issues.

 

You cant do the pivi pro reset unless the car is in park. It wont reset while driving, neutral or reversing.
