Default No heat in cabin

Any suggestions on how to bleed the coolant reservoir effectively get heat to the heater core. Any special procedures. Had a well known Landrover shop do a upper radiator hose replacement now I have no heat in the cabin. Called them on it and I am being told to put coolant in the reservoir. SMH. Please if someone has any idea would be greatly appreciated. They have pulled $12000 of me already and I am at my breaking point. Don’t like being taken advantage of
