hello i have a 2014 range rover sport after my battery dead over a month i replaced my battery and now my navigation don t come on it says initializing but nothing happens also where you press on touch screen on dash for audio and video you can not press it it is faded back you can press anything else but that option so radio don t come on? it has over 60 k so it is out of warranty i dont know what to do ?????i took the vehicle to landrover they are telling me no communicaton with acm(audio control module) module and it is $3836 they are telling me it has a good power good ground it needs a new audio control module let me know if anybody can help?when i look at the part number they give me it is looklike cdplayer ??? can any body help

 

Audio Control Module is a computer that powers up and needs to power down properly for correct operation. Since you had a failing battery, it likely was not powering down properly (voltage spikes and rapid loss of voltage) and the software likely got corrupted. You can "try" letting the vehicle power down, then do a battery reset. I would also try and check all the fuses, just in case the dealer missed one.

me either but in my case the customer drop it at my shop , find the touch screen works just for back camera when put shifter in R position, other than the screen black, tried to scan it by SDD find it not enough for this model , ordered pathfinder tool gonna arrive within a week ,
scanned with autel find the VIN in screen is not the original VIN for the truck , checked all the plugs, power , HS CAN, MS CAN all works good ,
