Hi, I have a 2014 RR Sport and having issues with my Remote Climate app. I did my best to search here in this forum, through threads and posts but found nothing. My remote Climate app worked fine, as it should for awhile. I don't use it that often, main purpose for it is the remote starter for heat in the cold winter months here in CT. Was working fine, then last week it came up with "Cannot Execute" the start. I went away and now back a week later, and tried it again and it's just spinning around the "Start Engine" - and "contacting vehicle".... That's more promising than the cannot execute message, which was instant after putting in the pin. However, now, the circle of dots just keeps spinning as if its attempting to contact the vehcile, but then times out. Nothing. I've tried several times and same thing.

My question is does the remote app act up in severely low freezing temps? Does that have anything to do with it not working properly? And, oddly enough it changed the Target Temperature from Farenheit to Celcius.(not a problem to convert, but happened out of no where).

Any help or similar experiences would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
