RTH!! Truck was running fine. Came out today and it wouldn’t start! Dash lit up!

RTH!! Truck was running fine. Came out today and it wouldn’t start! Dash lit up!
I checked the battery. It’s fine. Radio plays. The battery light is on, on the dash. First the mountain with Lo came on. Then the dash lit up. It won’t even turn over. What could this be? Would a starter gone bad do this?
