Default What could cause this and what would be the best fix?

Hello Everyone!

I really hope I could get some help on this matter.
Recently I’ve noticed my 2019 Range Rover Sport V8 Dynamic’s coolant has just been disappearing.
Also there’s a bit of smoke that comes out on start up but then goes away when the car is warmed up and is good to drive.

I took it to my mechanic as we thought it was just the typical crossover pipes that are under the superchager.
Once he opened up the super charger he found these, there is a lot of carbon build up, this car has about 91k kms (roughly 56k miles).

What could cause this?
Should I replace the entire intake manifold or can it be cleaned up?

Thank you in advance.
