Windshield wipers not recessing when off
Wifey has been driving our RRS around for about 2 months with the wipers up about 5" on the windshield, complaining the whole time. I replaced
the 2 relays under the hood, no change. Ordered more relays & installed, no change. Finally found a short youtube video that got me fixed:
Go to Menu...Vehicle Setup...bottom of page 1 (Winter wiper mode)...uncheck it. Your wipers will now recess. Great feature for northern states
so the wipers aren't buried & stuck under snow; but, not so great down here in the South when your wife can't see over the wiper blade.
Yes, I'm a Mopar redneck that recently discovered, and bought, one of these amazingly fast Supercharged 5.0L V-8s. What a ride!
