Last night I went to the grocery store and when I came back the car wouldn't start. Said I had to hold the key fob under the steering column. After figuring out the right spot it did start. I changed the battery and the problem didn't go away.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

Does the key work for locking and unlocking the truck? Second key?

 

The key fobs will lock and unlock but not start the key without placing it under the steering column.

Today the car started as normal... Maybe the solar eclipse fixed it lol
