Pivi Pro Connectivity stuck on "Activating" after 4.4.0 update (MY26 Velar)
Hi everyone, I own a MY26 Range Rover Velar P250. After struggling with SOTA updates, I recently received technical support from JLR UK and successfully updated to version 4.4.0. However, I’m now facing a persistent issue. When I try to log in to my account via the Pivi Pro screen, it remains stuck on the message "Screen is activating..." and never moves to the login page. - Remote App: Works perfectly (lock/unlock, status).- Native Navigation: Works fine.- SOTA Status: Shows 4.4.0 is successfully installed. I've tried several infotainment resets, but the "Activating" screen won't go away. Has anyone else encountered this after the 4.4.0 update? Any advice on how to force the connectivity module to refresh would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
To clarify, I can log in to my Profile account on Pivi Pro without any issues. The problem only occurs when I try to log in specifically under the 'Connected Services' section in the General settings. That is where it gets stuck on the 'Activating' screen."
