Wondering if anyone knows if the Wifi (an option as part of a Velar build), where that option was not included in the build, can be enabled post delivery at the dealership? Is it just a software modification or does it require some hardware? I know I can purchase a hotspot from a cellular provider but I would rather just enable the one on the car (assuming already there would be a $ cost). The dealer is telling me that it needs to come that way from the factory, but it is already enabled for data for things like software updates --- so I find that hard to believe.
