Damn! For $2,500.00 that is a great deal with all of those accessories. Hopefully it doesn't have too many miles. One could always swap in a locking T case for that price. Somebody ****** that up quick!!!
"If" it was 100% mint and had all the D2 bugs worked out it might be worth 25K if you compare it to what is available these days in the SUV market, however that D2 is not perfect.
For 25K I'd expect a brand new E-Brake Boot, non Foggy/Leaking Headlights, a load space cover, front mud flaps, working coin trays (usually when they're pushed in they're INOP), OEM cigarette lighter, and a properly secured Winch Solenoid Control Box.
Good luck with the sale, but I've never seen a D2 go for anymore than 15K and that was due to it being a LR Special Vehicle with under 100K.
I do like the look of the fender flares on it.

Amazingly double priced, a winch made in China which is hit or miss, a Hi~Lift mounted in a manner the manufacturer doesn't suggest.......You either work at that dealership or have been highly misled......Hope for higher fuel prices so the boys can blow money again down there once caught up on their bills.
Wheel spacers......LOL.......WOW, there's a real safe treat when actually used off road!!
Your 'curb' weight is no longer legit, neither is your tow capacity once modified.....tow is rated as 'delivered'.....not after modifications......it spirals down, rapidly........
Bet you'd finance as well.
