Default 03 Discovery SE-7 (needs new head)

stock 07 Discovery SE-7 w/ 120,000 miles.

Silver/black.

Purchased 3 years ago with 70,000, has seen family use/light towing (2 snowmobiles on aluminum open trailer) since then. Maintained by local Land Rover experts at Cityside Garage since we purchased with intent of keeping it to 200,000 miles or its repair costs exceeded its value, whichever came first. Unfortunately the latter occurred far sooner than we hoped.

Engine overheated few weeks ago a few days before truck was going in for service to replace leaking head gasket, estimated repairs exceed book value of truck.

Body in good shape with exception of right rear quarter panel which was dented when I jackknifed our utility trailer (I've been backing up trailers for 18 years without an incident; this time I thought the trailer was straight and backed up after what seemed like my millionth trip to move belongings to our new house only to hear an expensive sounding crunch). Local body shop estimated $1000 to repair.

Light scratches, minor dings as you'd expect for a truck with 120,000 miles. Washed bi-weekly. Oil, coolant, tire pressures checked weekly. Mobil 1/OEM oil filters since I bought it, OEM parts used for any wear/tear items. Clean interior.

Factory hitch, factory trailer wiring harness with adapter for 4-blade flat trailers.

New Nokian WRG-2 tires all around 2 months ago (~$800), all maintenance/repairs up to date.

Pictures/records available upon request.

Truck is currently located at Cityside in Medway, Mass. Will soon be towed back home to southern NH.

I've put $1300 into the truck in last few months ($800 tires, $500 engine teardown and some related work). If I can recover that, soon, I'll be happy.

I am interested in your Discovery.
I am located in Concord, NH... not too far North from you.
If you could email me at chris@vsr1.com if the truck is still available, I'd be very appreciative.

Thank you,
Chris
