The truck does still run great but has a tick (think it is slipped sleeve) noise when the weather is hot. If the temps are cool you would never hear the tick but as soon as summer rolls around tick tick tick. Does not use any oil, does not over heat, does not use water (coolant). I am not sure what to ask for a truck with this condition, if someone has a motor or want to try and pin the sleeve, or maybe tear the motor down and see what is actually making that tick sound this could be the truck for you.
