I am selling this Discovery 2 because I have no interest in it, other than the low cost of initial purchase. This truck runs exceptionally well after the rebuild and will be trouble free. I have resolved several of the weak areas that plague a stock motor. The 3000 miles would have shown any faults inherent after the rebuild. There are no check engine lights on the dash.
It drives well and feels tight. Like a newer vehicle should. Transmission shifts nice and has a bit of pep in the sport mode. This is much better than stock and still retains 13 - 15 mpg without a lead foot.
There is a bad actuator motor on the passenger front door which does not unlock the door. The head liner has been tacked up with 3M spray adhesive in a couple spots, but looks very nice. Everything else functions as it should, or better.
Asking price is $4500.00
I am located in the Western suburbs of Chicago.

My time and engineering skills are not included the price of the vehicle, as well as assembly and testing. So with that said, I will be firm on price. You can see the engine rebuild pictures here: https://landroverforums.com/forum/en...s-54991/page2/
