2001 Disco 2 with 135xxx miles. Florida/ Georgia car since new and I am the third owner. The only slight amount of surface rust is under the wheel wells. I bought this rover with 117k miles and it was completely stock. Since then (roughly 3 years of ownership) I have transformed it into my dream Rover with the following:
-lucky8 4 inch Terrafirma lift kit with double cardon front drive shaft, sway bar quick disconnects
-Terrafirma steering stabilizer
-Nato steel wheels with Cooper Discoverer STT PRO mud terrains 35" (5th wheel and tire with zero miles)
-lucky8 flexi fender flares 75mm
-rovers north front winch bumper with LED lights (using fog light controls on console)
-Front runner roof rack with spare tire mount kit
-Front runner steel rear door ladder
-ultra gauge
-kenwood media player, JL audio C2 component speakers front and back, kicker KEY 150w amp, RF 12" compact woofer with built in amp (entire system is very clean/ acurate sounding, dynomat used in every door)

Mechanical:
-over $4k rehab done by indie rover tech in Tampa FL, summer of 19'. Head gasket, valve job, lifters, all new hoses, radiator, thermostat, water pump, power steering pump and lines, many new sensors, plugs, wires, coil packs, ABS system etc. It never overheated, I had a coolant leak under the manifold so "while your in there" became pretty extensive. NO CEL LIGHT, NO 3 AMIGOS, RUNS LIKE NEW
-new pads and rotors all the way around, new SS brake lines, new master cylinder
-all synthetic fluids, engine, trans, front and rear diffs, T case. Transmission pan removed and new filter installed.
-AC blows cold and heat is hot. recently cleaned out and sanitized so no rattles or odors from leaves being trapped in there.
-EVERY THING WORKS with the exception of cruise control and steering wheel controls from the radio installation. A module can be purchased from crutchfield to correct this if desired.
-In the process of changing the door lock actuators on the passenger side of the vehicle. all new on driver's side, as well as a window regulator for the drivers door.

Interior:
-driver's seat has a couple small rips and some bolster wear. door panel "suede" is showing its age. Drivers arm rest has some cracks. The passenger and rear seats are excellent.
-dash and instrument cluster are excellent. one small blemish near the glovebox. carpets are nice, but show there age as well.
-front A-pillar is missing the tweeter cover. I will include a second hand one in good shape with the sale.
-headliner is excellent and only shows a few imperfections in the cargo area.
-genuine LR rubber matts
- sunroofs do not leak
-new leather boots for shift selectors.

Exterior:
-several love bug spots on the front of the hood and above the windshield. There are two "sun burns" in the clearcoat on the roof near the front sunroof.
-several small dings and beauty marks all around the body
-rear bumper is BARELY hanging on and should be replaced soon. it was in perfect shape 3 months ago and then it just fell apart.
-front driver's side windshield finisher is cracked in half. It stays in place but should also be replaced. The passengers side was replaced last year.
-roof rack has some peeling, all aluminum so no rust to worry about.
-one corner of the steel front bumper has a small scrape and very light rust spot.
- front drivers fender doesn't have an inside liner. so the front grill piece leaves a small gap where they meet. see the first picture and ask any questions. This has been a cosmetic issue and doesn't effect drivability at all.
-Not sure of the name of the part, but the trim piece under the windshield is cracked. This seems to be a common issue with discoveries.

I have tried to be as accurate as possible and list all items I can remember. This is a fantastic running rover, that unfortunately has never even been off road. My only reason for selling is we don't really use it enough. I am not in a hurry to sell it, this is not a fire sale.
