Will consider trades for a well kept P38. Will sell roof rack separately ~ $1500
So, you want a needs nothing truck to hit some trails up in north Georgia? Sick of all the other garbage land rover discoveries with busted bumpers, worn interiors, faded paint, rusty bodies and shoddy maintenance history and check engine lights? With over $11k in documented maintenance history, this is one of the cleanest, well sorted Discovery out there! No CEL, no 3 amigos. All major electronics work.
While I've kept it mostly stock, upgrades include: Terrafirma 2" Lift 32" Nitto Ridge Grapplers with 30mm spacers - maybe 4k miles on them. Terrafirma fender flares Steering Damper Voyager low profile roof rack with contractor mesh- 6 months old
Head gasket done by PO around 160k. Truck now has 188k on it. New brakes, plugs, wires, ABS, shutter valve, etc. All of the work has been The Shop in Atlanta. See attached PDF. When I bought this rover in September 2017 I tested the block, and had it thoroughly inspected to make sure it was worth putting the money in. All electronics work including doors locks and windows, except for sunroofs sometimes won't close but they do not leak! Does not have CDL - nor nipple for it.
Issues: -Hill Decent light occasionally comes on - I replaced the brake light switch already.
Located in Atlanta. Asking $7,500. Roof rack included with full price offer. Videos walk around and motor running below.
Bump to $7500. This week I fixed the roof leak that developed with silicone following the service bulletin procedure. We've had a lot of rain come through and haven't seen a drop since. I also replaced the exhaust gasket - good to go!
What am I doing wrong here? Or is it just too expensive?
