Best of luck with the sale, but the asking price is very high.
Modifications, add very little here in the US. Unless they are highly sought after modifications, a face-lift is not that desirable.
A few $K above the higher than NADA or KBB would be OK for a low mileage pristine LR4 with all of your mods.

I truly hope you get what you are asking because it will raise the value of mine, but the market for LR4's has gone soft over the last few months, and there is still plenty of used inventory.

Also you may at a minimum have an accurate advert.
The is not a "LUX premium". LR4 trim only exist as a HSE, and HSE LUX.
The V8 up until 2013 was the same V8, the 2012 did not have a "more reliable" or "more desirable" V8.

If you have some willing to pay way above dealer prices good for you.
A bank will not touch it at that price, so here to hoping they can cash buy.

A lot of us have 10K or more into our vehicles (I'm not seeing it on yours). It does not make it more valuable, when you are selling it.Unless the person you are selling it to deems the upgrades more valuable. But it does not raise the vehicle another 10K over what it should sell for.

Last bit of input. The 2010-2013 V8 are not desirable, unless they have had the timing chains replaced and the all of the cooling system overhauled (water pump, X-over piper...)
Also for the asking price you have, you need to have every single maintenance item done on it.
at 91K that means all of the fluids should have been flushed and replaced at 75K (coolant, transmission, x-fer case, f/r diffs...)

premium $$ requires a premium car.
