91 RRC SWB in denver
Looking to sell my 1991 RRC SWB. Runs well, lots of new stuff, well cared for as long as I've had it.
New parts, all under 4k miles ago, all since July 07
-Dunlop 235/85/R16 Mud Rover tires, provide about 1" lift over stock
-LR Genuine fuel pump
-LR Genuine exhaust flange gaskets with new studs and nuts
-Old Man Emu heavy duty coil springs, provide about 2" lift in addition to tires
-OME NitroCharger long travel shocks with new poly bushings
-OME NitroCharger steering damper with poly bushings
-New ignition switch from Atlantic British
-New wiper stalk from Atlantic British
-New heater core, hoses, and thermostat
-New battery, Mercedes-Benz Genuine VRLA 90Ah 760EN
The Bad Things
-Front fenders are creased from where the old brush bar collapsed
-Drivers seat cover is torn on the left side seat cushion like most of them are
-Radio doesnt work. pulled it out once, looks like someone had an aftermarket in it at one time
-Needs new exhaust manifold gaskets at the cylinder heads soon
Overall the truck is in very good shape for the year and for having 160k miles. No rust, solid engine, trans, x-fer case, diffs. Does well in the mountains around central CO, although its not exactly fast at this altitude. Wouldn't mind keeping it, but i really don't need 2 cars, and it makes more sense for me to keep my Mercedes, being a dealer tech with MB and knowing much more about those cars.
Asking $4500 obo as it is fairly built out, and most of the parts have under 2k miles on them.
E-mail or send a PM for pics and other details.
thanks,
alex
