Buyer Beware: Marty/Drillbit/Overland Rovers/ky_scrap
So it wasn't a warning it was leverage thanks for clarifying.
For those that think I was being a scoundrel, this, here is what I was talking about. This was not a warning to the community it was a tactic to getting refund.

So looks like he made a mistake and corrected it. I'm sure his communication could have been better.

Okay, the poster's statements are in no way "blackmail" as the original post is not asking for money in return for not compromising the "sellers" integrity. However, if in fact the seller took the money from the poster & didn't produce the goods, it is a strong case of tit-for-tat (an intentional injury from the poster for one inflicted by the seller by not sending the parts as agreed), followed by a statement saying (to the affect) when I get my money, I will remove this post as your business practices no longer concern me [paraphrased])).
Now, for the benefit of this post for all of us; I like all of you should appreciate knowing there is a possibility of not receiving parts ordered from any supplier as to avoid the possibility of reinvesting hard-earned cash twice, or in many cases subsequently having to do without due to lack of funds to buy the same part twice. Therefore, "Buyer Beware" and the particulars is a great benefit for all of us as it also brought up other issues with the same seller (as well as comments from those who have had no transactional issues at all). The caveat to this is the posts need to be factual, relevant, and in the event there is resolution, the poster needs to be obligated to update their post with the resolution as to do no additional harm to either party & not delete the post because they are now satisfied (back to the tit-for-tat issue). And finally, if others have had good experiences with the seller, they can rebut with their positive experience without jeopardizing the nature of anyone's bad experience.
I'm off my soap box

yeah, I see.
too well, because I just copied and pasted this entire thread on 28 other forums.... but I will delete it, as soon as get a smoking deal on those 16" steelies.
then I plan to cut and past ArmyRover in the name section and change a couple of details, until I can get my hands on that 110.

I just want to say this guy had a point. He didn't have all his money back till after he opened this. I don't know how many calls I missed but I wasn't ducking him. UPS is going to pay me for the rims (which some crack head cousin of a UPS drivers is probably trying to install on a Caprice as we speak) I'm sorry this deal got screwy.
