Definitely from 2005+ Defender. The PM suffix, I'm pretty sure means primer, so the replacement wheels would probably be black, so your wheels are most likely new take offs.

The only time Land Rover EVER used the Classic monicker was on the last of the '95 SWB's. I seriously doubt RRC has anything to do with Range Rover Classic in this particular instance.
