ok really interested in the roof rack - assuming that shipping is not outrageous. im currently in iraq right now with the army but i told my wife i wanted to buy it so its just a matter of shipping and then logistics of my wife getting you cash.
keep me informed of whats going on and maybe we can work something out.
thx

Still have the rack? Is there any way you could send a picture to my email? Jordanzach01@aol.com. I would appreciate it! Thanks!

sorry, I've been sick and away from my office and computer the last few days - I will endeavor to take pictures in the next few days and send them - the caveat being that I took it off the roof just before my son left for college a couple of weeks ago (because I figured it was my last chance to have anyone help me with it and I'm clearly not going to be doing any camping in the foreseeable future - although it's not particularly heavy, it is a matter of placing having two people to place it back up on the roof (and then screwing in the attachments)- as my ex-husband has shoulder rotator cuff injuries (from years of climbing, or training for climbing) he's not volunteering so I've may have to shanghai someone else into helping and, thus, it might not be until next weekend - until then, the pictures on the ARB and roverrack websites are accurate, of course -
as to the shipping, I think the roverrack people charge $100 for shipping (I picked it up) - and I paid about $65 to have the awning shipped to the roverrack place - it's a little difficult to get an exact shipping estimate without actually shipping it so I would calculate $100 for shipping (the awning and the rack) and pay any overage myself (and refund if it is less than that) - the rack is attached to the awning so they could be shipped together with a separate package for the mosquito netting, stakes, and roof attachment gizmos -

Hi Candace-
I would be interested in the awning if you are splitting up the set.
My LR3 came with the the factory expedition rack already installed. Does the Arb awning come with some sort of universal install brackets?
Is this the awning that you are speaking of?

Can you send me any pics that you may have as well? My email address is in my profile.
Thanks.
