Default Discovery Window Actuator Solid Replica Rollers are here.

Don't waste your money purchasing a new actuator just because your roller broke. Now you can get a solid replica roller cast from OEM. I'm currently offering two rollers plus new stud hardware for $5.00. NOTE: You will need to remove the old stud in order to install this new setup. Contact me to purchase and for more information.

FYI, the part you are talking about is called the window "regulator" not actuator. The locking system uses actuators not the windows.
Cheers,
Paul

What makes more sense?

Actuator: a servomechanism that supplies and transmits a measured amount of energy for the operation of another mechanism or system.

reg·u·la·tor
n.
1. One that regulates, as:
a. The mechanism in a watch by which its speed is governed.
b. A highly accurate clock used as a standard for timing other clocks.
c. A device used to maintain uniform speed in a machine; a governor.
d. A device used to control the flow of gases, liquids, or electric current.
2. One, such as the member of a governmental regulatory agency, that ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and established rules: banking regulators; price regulators.
3. A substance that affects the amount of product or the progress of a biochemical reaction or process: a regulator of embryogenesis.
4. See regulator gene.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time, I'm just telling what the part is actually called by the manufacturer. They are window regulators not window actuators.

Yeah man I know, it's all fun. I'm so used to calling these things actuators. LD wants to call them regulators, we'll call them regulators.

Thumbs up

Just want y'all to know I received LRD2&ME's fabricated replacement rollers today....quality is outstanding. If like me you did sleepercoupes method with the screen door roller you can use the "Solid Replica Roller" if and when it fails...if you still have the stud intact use the "Snap-In Roller". With the snap-in nothing could be easier...no need to remove actuator/regulator simply maneuver arm to an opening and replace broken roller.
Thanks Shawn...brilliant.
