I purchased this set-up from Pepper Electronics. Just mounted on my Disco for a few weeks after I got the 102" whip antenna which I like better.

It comes with 3 new bolts with nyloc hex nuts. No rust, BRAND NEW.
The Heavy duty Stud Mount K-4A is still in original package. It has the convenient Quick Disconnect. Also the 4 foot antenna has a tunable tip.

All hardware is needed to mount this on your spare tire carrier. Just drill 2 or 3 holes and mount with the included bolts.

This set-up will be $50 plus shipping. Shipping rates depends on your area, the box is about 4-5 feet long. Not heavy though but shipping can be over $10.
