Can't see your price, but would expect in the region of £4000 as a reasonable offer... problem you are facing though is the second hand car market is dead at the moment... and dealers are starting to offer deals to shift their newer stock so you might find it hard to move it...

(you only have to look at reg vardy's I saw a 2002 5 door Diesel, for £6500, they offered 5 years 0% plus free servicing for life... it makes it hard to shift stuff privately with the garages offering these deals)
