Default FS: 4.0/manual trans swap/t-case

I have the motor, trans swap, and t-case left from my truck (96 disco) that was unfortunately scrapped because of rust and electronic issues. My boss wants the stuff out of the shop, and I have no interest in hauling it to my house. 170k on everything, and the truck ran great, when the electric gremlins allowed it to run... 2nd and 3rd syncros would complain a bit when shifted hard, but I understand that's pretty normal for these trannies. Make an offer. I'm in central VA, but I'd be willing to deliver within a reasonable distance. My definition of 'reasonable', as it applies to both distance and price, may be a bit skewed at this point... I'm sick of this stuff sitting around. You can reach me directly at 434-414-8724. I'm pretty motivated to have it gone by the end of the week.

Manual trans sound interesting. Has anybody made the swap? any ECU issues? what about the clutch pedal?
