I actually had a few buyers but (1). had 50% in cash and asked me to hold his personal check for a month (no thanks), (2). another buyer who wanted to trade his SUV plus some cash (but no deal as I needed the room), (3). buyer loved it but the wife thought it was too "small", as she wanted more of a mini-van.

Just wanted to thank the forum mods for this site, for the members insights and the information shared!
