I'm not surprised. Seems that new parts are harder to get rid of than used parts.

I know you're set on Bosch, but I've used the Delphi coils at 33.79 each off of Rock Auto with zero issues on two of my own D2's. I also just installed the Standard Motor Products set for 40.89 into a friends D2. Zero issues with either one of those units.
