I am interested. I take it they should fit the 04 as well?

Yes, these will fit the 99-04 D2's.

What is the going rate for these? Seems to vary quite a bit. I'm sure I could get more on eBay, but would rather avoid the fees. If interested, make me an offer as I doubt they would look all that great on my Honda Element.
BTW, the flares in the pic are not treated with anything. They are in great shape.
