It did have C/C. The switch already sold but the rest of the parts should be there. I have no idea if it worked - I bought this with the blown HG as a parts truck so I never tested the C/C on it, but I'm happy to send you the components for a good price.

 

Do you have the centre diff lock lever and control cable, suitable for mounting in a D2? If so, how much to 10302?
