Today I became an authorized RotoPax dealer. I will be incorporating these products into my Rover rear bumpers and roof rack designs very soon.

I have 3 4gl fuel ones. Never use them, just store fuel in them. The spouts disintegrated. Can you see what my replacement options are, really a crappy design if they fall apart from exposure to gas.. I had to pull it apart after it broke so I could seal the cans. Kind of ridiculous to have to buy replacement parts for a $120 gas can. LOL

Were yours the white spouts?

They came with the eco spouts Rotopax Replacement Parts- ECO Spout

There are rubber o-rings and springs underneath the green part, and evidently the green part stretched over time..

Personally I'd replace with the spouts I linked above. Texas is not a **** CARB/ECO friendly state and never will be..

Also, while I was in Texas I noticed the "Cheaper" gas had higher Ethanol %... Ethanol feeds on plastics and rubber.
