1997 Land Rover Discovery for Sale. RARE Green Exterior, Beige Leather Interior. Vehicle is in good cosmetic condition. Needs some mechanical TLC. Low mileage considering the age. Fun to drive! Best suited for a mechanically inclined owner to provide it some TLC. Requires Brakes immediately. Also, a squealing belt needs replacing sooner than later. 2 Window tracks need repairing (windows are up). AC works; however, there is a short in the switch so you have to play with it a bit to change the fan speed. I know, I know, listing all the faults of the car seems like poor salesmanship. I've got a 1997 Green LSE. Nothing I've seen says it's rare. At least because of the color. :-)

Noobs will pay more. My 97 started at 2250 and I paid $1750 for it, then the enslavement began. About 175K miles 2 years ago. You'll get $1000 - $1500 for a "runner".

RARE color means roof and hood not peeling yet.

 

then my epsom green is also RARE. What an awesome selling point. I like it.

 

Maybe it's "rare" as in "not done yet". :-)
