The Land rover has gone through extensive testing. The motor was put in several times because you had to locate it correctly. The seats were relocated. The transmission controls had to be relocated. New exhaust was installed. New custom bumpers were installed. All the hard work is done. Has been 2 years in the making.

It was running and driving for a while then the motor went bad. Another motor was installed and It looks like very few things need to be done to be finished. His mechanic found that the fuel pump was the issue. Other than that I have seen everything is there. You really need to look at it.
My father in law is just tired of waiting and he just would like to sell it to someone. His mechanic is not available anymore. His mechanic was from Land Rover Dealership and has done an excellent job so far.

In my state they only check in the counties of metro Atlanta, the rest of us are free to perfect pollution production, SeaFoam every day if we like during mosquito season.

Not here it won't. There is no testing at all. I run my 04 catless without hesitation. One of the only perks of this state.
