It's actually just PolyMax Poultry/Kennel Flooring, sold by Farmtek:

PolyMax Poultry/Kennel Flooring - FarmTek

Heavy duty plastic. I wanted something that I could install and trim to the size and, due to the limited roof carrying capacity, didn't want a heavy floor that took away from that. This plastic flooring works really well. There's some flex when walking over it between the crossbars, but it doesn't feel fragile or that it would break. For distributed roof loads, definitely not a problem.

Held down by bolts attached to the crossbars and heavy duty zip ties, it's worked out really well. A couple zip ties had started to break (out of a perhaps 2 dozen) - easy enough to put new ones on - so it's relatively maintenance free. Highly recommended.

Did you use the overlapping or non overlapping?

Thanks,

I bought the overlapping. There's a about a 1/2" edge area that mates with an adjoining edge from another sheet. I presume the non-overlap version is just a straight edging profile.

Hey have you actually nudged anything with the Nudge bar? I dont want to put on something that is just for looks...also how many pieces of that frametek stuff did you buy to cover the roofing? and did you cover 3/4s or the entire rack? Thanks a bunch.
