Pretty much New Simpson III Roof Top Tent with Annex.

This was used a handful of times with a couple of them being setup in the backyard for two kids to sleep in. With the exception of little bit of dirt on the matress cover and on the outer travel cover, this tent and annex are new - no stains, no rips or tears.
