My CDL shifter didnt ship with the transfer case bracket or the arm for the nipple. Anyone have these to sell?

 

I don't have them to offer you, but why not contact the seller and ask for them? Failing that, it should be possible to fabricate parts that would substitute and work. I recall a thread in the DII forum a few months ago where someone showed how they did that.
