A complementory to my other post: "98 disco for a 94 range good trade or no"

I MAY be getting my hands on a 94 range rover with the following details:
1.) 140-150k.
2.) 3 amigos may be on. Engine missfires.
3.) 1 new cat and muffler installed.
4.) Power steering was serviced.
5.) New transmission filter kit installed.
6.) New all season tires.
7.) Has rust on passenger side wheel arch.
8.) Rip in drivers seat.

Pics and more details as soon as I hear more from the owner. Right now I'm just debating weather I want to trade my 98 disco for it or not. If I get it I was hoping to just turn around and trade it with someone who has a disco series 1 or 2. Not really a big fan of the range rover myself but they seem to have a reputation and a personal value to landy owners.
