Are these both 5 speed radiators?

 

They both look like autos to me, no reason you couldn't use one in a 5sp. The other way around is a deal breaker though.

Yes, both are # ESR3688 for a Manual Trans.
MT's Rads have the single engine oil cooler in the passenger side tank (lower rad side).

IMO it's very difficult to buy used rads without inspecting them 1st.
At these prices and after the recore you will get upside-down very fast.

As mentioned they are manual trans, as stated both hold pressure. And both came out of vehicles that weren’t experiencing overheating
