I need to bleed the ACE system on my Disco2 since I changed the filter and the pump. I don't know which devices have this capability, but I know that mine doesn't let me operate the valves electronically.
Does anybody in the NYC area have something they could let me use? I'm mobile so I could come to you.

 

I'm in Asia until the 1st week of October, I'm sure my Hawkeye can perform an ACE bleed. If you have to have it done sooner, I'd put in a call to Carlos at British Auto Works up in the Bronx.

 

I'll give them a call, but I'm not sure that I will have much time to get up there before you're back. I have plenty of other vehicles; this isn't my DD so I'm in no real hurry.
There are also a few other issues with the truck that a genuine workshop will probably want to address but my budget just won't stretch that far right now -- I'd prefer to pay in beer than pay hourly rates!
Please let me know when you're back in town. I'd love to take you up on your offer if Carlos hasn't taken care of me by then.
