Looking for the quick connect hitch so I can start pulling my Ranger Bass Boat. PM me if you have one for sale. Thanks.

I looked it up. Bloody hell!
Take a look at Curt.
CURT Manufacturing - CURT Trailer Hitch #13456
Someone on DWeb installed that PN on their '05 Discovery 3.

Yeah, major sticker shock. I've found a generic one that bolts on that's less and if I can't find a used OEM I'll probably go with that.
I already have the remainder of the hitch so I don't really want to go with something like the CURT where I have to install an entire hitch, but thanks for the link anyway.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. The factory removable hitch snaps into the the rear portion of the frame on an LR3 or Range Rover Sport.
If you've already got something in that location, are you just wanting a ball mount? If so you can get one at walmart for like $20.
If you don't need to two much, Atlantic British has a bolt on receiver, that bolts to the frame where the factory hitch would snap in, but it's not rated for much weight. Rover Trailer Hitch Receiver - Land Rover Tow Accessories
The factory receiver is rated for 7700lbs.
The Curt is rated for 6000lbs. (more with WDH, but most recommend against doing that on a vehicle with air suspension.)
the AB is rated for 5000lbs.
I found a used factory receiver. They aren't cheap, even used you'll probably spend $300 for the newer style. If you want the older plow style, you can sometimes find them for $200. Still better than the $500 for a new one. I went that way because it's rated to tow more.... I want the option even if I don't do it often.

I have everything but the quick disconnect part that snaps into the rest of the hitch, and then you just add the receiver part (with the ball). I found the OEM one on ebay so I think I'm going to go ahead and buy it. Like you said it's rated higher than the one that bolts on and gives me a greater margin of safety.

I'm still not sure what you're saying. do you already have this:
Because that's all there is to it. The part this connects to is the frame/chassis of the vehicle.
Or are you looking for this:
Because you can get that at walmart.
