Call Trevor at Rovafarm, you'll probably have them the next day.

Trevor is good to work with. If you do need a Track Rod you might as well get a HD replacement one from RoverTracks or similar. The Drag Link or Track rod will only run about $100 for either.
Trying to get the old TRE's off the rod can be a nightmare. Its much easier to just toss the new TRE's on a new Rod with plenty of anti-seize.

How do I contact Trevor? Will he also also the ends as well, or do they come with HD replacement?

Your best deal, if you can swing it, is this:
Lucky8 Llc. - Take the road less traveled...
Comes with the HD Terra Firma Track rod and Drag link, and the 4 needed TRE's. If you figure each TRE is at least $17, you're basically getting the HD Track Rod and Drag Link for $86 each.

Heat and a couple of pipe wrenches is the most I've ever needed getting an end off, even in New England.
That said, since he's in GA they should be easy, depending on the truck's travels.

x2 on Never-Seez regardless.

Yeah, I was able to get mine with a LOT of heat, PB Blaster, and a couple pipe wrenches with cheater bars on them. If you ever wanted to upgrade or think you will now is the perfect time to do it.
