WTB '03/'04 aux light switch

What about a Cruise control switch with a Fog light face plate? In 03/04' black of course. Its a latching switch that you will only have to wire up with a relay, no going through the BECM.
Which brings to question, Is the switch you are looking to buy latching? If not, the wiring has to go through the BECM and be turned "on" in your BECM settings.
